Shipping Policy

Every print is made to order and printed in Melbourne on 300 gsm matte stock.

Production

Production takes approximately 1.8 business days on average before your order ships. Occasionally this takes longer during busy periods.

Postage and delivery

Postage is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We currently ship within Australia only.

Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location. Tracking details are emailed to you at dispatch.

Delays occasionally happen in production or in transit. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email us at hello@shopart.com.au with your order number and we'll chase it up.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and re-delivery of an item returned due to an incorrect address may incur an additional postage charge.
