Terms of Service

This store is operated by Insufficient Funds Pty Ltd (ABN 97 643 281 136), trading as ShopArt. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our artwork

All designs sold by ShopArt are original works created by or for Insufficient Funds Pty Ltd and remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of that physical print for personal use. It does not transfer any rights in the artwork itself, and prints may not be reproduced, resold commercially, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

No affiliation

ShopArt designs are original works of satire and commentary about working life. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any company, brand, organisation, television programme, film, or person, living or dead. Any resemblance to an existing brand or property is unintended.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Postage is calculated separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an item has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
